• Cart orders: name, email, phone, delivery / pickup details, product list — to fulfil the order.
• Event registrations: name, email, phone — to add you to the attendee list.
• Reviews: name and review text — to display them publicly after our approval.
• Site analytics: page views, referrer, device type, anonymised IP — to understand how the page is used. If we have enabled Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel, those tools may set their own cookies (see Cookies policy).

3. Legal basis

We process the data above on the basis of (a) your consent when you submit a form, (b) contract performance for orders / bookings, (c) legitimate interest for basic site analytics that do not identify you personally.
